Before You Call

What makes the first call useful.

None of this is required — a registration number alone is enough to start. But if you have it to hand, the first conversation moves from introductions to substance.

If you are selling

  • Registration number and serial number
  • Total time, cycles, and engine/APU status
  • Inspection status and program enrolment (engine, avionics, airframe)
  • Damage history and any open discrepancies
  • Recent upgrades — avionics, paint, interior, connectivity
  • Your timing: firm date, opportunistic, or exploring

If you are buying

  • Typical mission — city pairs, longest leg, runway constraints
  • Passenger count and baggage expectations
  • Budget envelope, acquisition and annual operating
  • Ownership horizon and expected annual hours
  • Crew plan — owner-flown, contract, or managed
  • Financing appetite: cash, term loan, or lease

What To Expect

After you reach out.

Aircraft rarely sit where their owners do. We travel for inspections, delivery, and import or export coordination, so time zones and borders are not a limitation.

One advisor, not a queue

The person who replies is the person who handles your file.

Same or next business day

Enquiries are answered within one business day, worldwide.

Confidential by default

Nothing is shared, listed, or circulated without your instruction.

No obligation

First conversations are free, and we will tell you if there is no deal to do.

Contact Questions

Practical answers first

What is the fastest way to reach you?
Telephone during Sarasota business hours, or email at any time. Both reach an advisor directly rather than an intake desk.
Do you work outside the United States?
Yes. A significant share of our transactions are cross-border, including European sellers and overseas buyers, and we manage registration, de-registration, and import/export coordination on both sides.
Can you help me finance an aircraft?
Yes — we can provide aircraft financing through our channels, introducing you to aviation-specific lenders and credit desks. Avion Air Group is not a lender and all terms are subject to lender approval.
Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. Scoping calls and complimentary registration-based valuations carry no cost or obligation.
What should I have ready?
For a sale: total time and cycles, inspection and program status, records and damage history. For an acquisition: typical missions, passenger count, budget envelope, and ownership horizon.
