About Us

Our story.

Private airfield at dawn with hangars and business aircraft on the apron in low mist

An established aviation sales company dedicated to providing quality aircraft solutions for a global clientele — buying, selling, and leasing both commercial and private aircraft.

Our team consists of highly skilled professionals with years of experience in aviation sales, maintenance, and operations. We understand that each client has unique needs, and we provide personalized service tailored to those requirements — from single-engine aircraft through luxury business jets.

Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence have earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the aviation industry. We build long-term relationships and work relentlessly toward complete client satisfaction.

We are not simply about selling aircraft, but about creating a seamless aviation experience. Comprehensive services span market analysis, aircraft evaluation, contract negotiation, financing, and after-sales support.

Whether you are buying a first aircraft or expanding a fleet, we guide you through every step of the process.

Full-Circuit Experience

We have operated every part of the aviation circuit.

Not one seat at the table — all of them. Our team has worked the ramp, signed off inspections, run flight departments, closed transactions, and moved aircraft across borders. That is why nothing in a deal surprises us, and why very little gets past us.

01

Line & FBO

Ramp work, fueling, hangar and handling. We know what a tired airframe looks like parked, and what good care looks like day to day.

02

Maintenance & MRO

Inspections, workscopes, AD and SB compliance, records reconstruction. We read a logbook the way a shop reads it, not the way a listing describes it.

03

Flight operations

Crewing, training, scheduling, Part 91 and Part 135 operating realities — including what an aircraft actually costs to run in your mission profile.

04

Sales & acquisitions

Market analysis, valuation, campaign management, negotiation and closing across piston, turboprop, light through large-cabin jets, and commercial airframes.

05

Import, export & delivery

Cross-border registration, de-registration, escrow and title, ferry planning and customs coordination on both sides of the ocean.

06

Ownership & fleet strategy

Hold-or-sell analysis, refurbishment economics, lease structures, management company selection, and fleet renewal planning.

How We Work

Four commitments we do not trade away.

01

Advice before inventory

We form a view on the asset and the timing before we form a view on the commission. If the right answer is to wait a quarter, refurbish, or keep flying what you already own, that is the answer you will get in writing.

02

One principal per mandate

The advisor who takes your first call runs the file through closing — pricing, marketing, inspection oversight, and delivery. Nothing is handed to an intake desk or a junior broker.

03

Operator-grade diligence

Records, inspection status, program coverage, damage history, and import posture are reviewed by people who have signed for aircraft on the line, not only on paper.

04

Discretion as default

Off-market first when it serves you. Nothing is listed, circulated, or named publicly without your written instruction — including after the transaction closes.

Who We Serve

The aircraft is a working asset.

Our clients measure an airframe in availability, cost per hour, and residual value — not in badge appeal. That framing shapes everything from the aircraft we shortlist to the terms we push for at closing.

  • Owner-operators and closely held businesses
  • Family offices and single-family flight departments
  • Corporate flight departments rationalising fleets
  • Part 135 operators adding or repositioning lift
  • Lenders and lessors requiring independent opinion
  • Estates and trusts disposing of an airframe

Financing

Aircraft financing through our channels.

Most acquisitions we handle are financed in some form. We can arrange funding through established lending relationships so capital, diligence, and delivery move on the same timeline instead of holding one another up.

Lender access through our channels
We introduce clients to aviation-specific banks, non-bank lenders, and private credit desks we have closed with before — institutions that understand airframes, engine programs, and residual values rather than treating an aircraft as generic collateral.
Structures that fit the mission
Fixed and floating term loans, balloon and amortising structures, operating and finance leases, sale-leaseback, and progress financing on pre-owned acquisitions. We help you compare true cost, not headline rate.
Packaged the way lenders want it
Credit desks move fastest when the aircraft story is clean. We assemble specification, status, records, valuation support, and usage projections so underwriting has what it needs on the first pass.
No undisclosed referral economics
Introductions are made because the terms are right for you. Any compensation arrangement is disclosed in writing before you speak with a lender.

Financing is arranged through third-party lenders. Avion Air Group is not a lender and does not provide credit, tax, or legal advice; all terms are subject to lender approval.

Perspective

What we tell clients
before they sign.

Pricing is set by records, not by rhetoric

Two same-year airframes can trade millions apart. Complete, continuous logbooks, engine and APU program enrollment, no damage history, and a fresh inspection status are what a serious buyer pays a premium for — and what a seller should invest in before going to market.

Exposure should be controlled

Broad, indiscriminate listing tells the market an aircraft is available to anyone; it also creates a visible days-on-market clock. Targeted outreach to qualified operators and their advisors protects both price and privacy.

Cost of ownership is a model, not a number

Fixed costs, variable hourly reserves, crew, hangar, insurance, and program escalation belong in one model with your real utilisation. That model — not a broker's brochure — tells you which category you should actually buy into.

Timing beats haggling

Inventory levels for a given class move faster than individual negotiations. Entering the market when comparable supply is thin is usually worth more than any concession won at the table.

“The team was able to get top dollar for my Challenger 350 and put me in an immaculate 7X. They were with me every step of the way, even providing the working capital and tax support to make it happen.”

About The Firm

Who we are, plainly

Where are you based, and where do you work?
Our desk is in Sarasota, Florida, and mandates are worldwide. Aircraft rarely sit where the buyer does, so we expect travel for inspections, delivery, and import or export coordination.
What kind of clients do you represent?
Owner-operators, closely held businesses, family offices, flight departments, and operators expanding or rationalising a fleet — people for whom the aircraft is a working asset rather than a trophy.
What makes an advisory firm different from a listing broker?
A listing broker is paid to move an airframe. An advisor is paid to protect a decision — including the recommendation not to transact, to wait a quarter, or to keep and refurbish what you already own.
Why is your transaction record not itemised publicly?
Because our clients would rather it were not. Representative work is shown without names, values, or terms; references are available privately once an engagement is under discussion.
Have you worked outside of aircraft sales?
Every part of the circuit — line and FBO operations, maintenance and MRO, records and inspection oversight, flight operations and crewing, and import/export. That operating background is the reason our diligence catches things a listing sheet will not tell you.
Can you arrange financing?
Yes. We can provide aircraft financing through our lending channels — aviation-specific banks, non-bank lenders, and private credit desks — including term loans, leases, and sale-leaseback structures. Terms are always subject to lender approval.
